Please note the above rates are for UK mainland addresses only. In the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, our courier fees are substantially higher. We use different courier providers.

Do You Deliver Outside the UK?
YES, WE DO ALL PARTS OF THE UK AND EUROPE.
Please Note If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer.
What happens if I am out when delivery comes?
The delivery driver will usually leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if there is one available. If this is the case, they will post a card through your letterbox to inform you. If this is not possible, the driver will usually re-attempt delivery the following day. You will usually receive an email to update you on your delivery progress. Please note, if you are ordering for a full roll or placing a wholesale order the courier may only attempt one delivery, and if the package is returned to us, the delivery and return delivery fee may be deducted from your refund. Any parcels returned to us can either be shipped out again subject
to paying an additional delivery fee, or refunded minus the delivery and return delivery charges. For any orders, a restocking fee of 20% will also be deducted from the refund. Please note that if incorrect address information is supplied, a surcharge will apply and be deducted from any refund. If a parcel is lost, please allow 10 working days for our courier to confirm this as lost.
Can I select a different delivery address, such as my work address?

Do You Accept Returns?
"Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for goods that have been cut to custom lengths unless the item is determined to be faulty. Returns are permitted within 14 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the items must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging."
