Are you VAT registered?
Yes, our VAT number is GB 643143854. If you are a business and are VAT registered, you can claim back the VAT on your order. 
Unlike other wholesale websites, all our prices include VAT, so you save even more!
Can I come to visit and purchase fabric from your shop?
 Yes of course! If you would like to visit our shop and see our fabrics in person please pop in as we would be more than happy to help.

How big is your sample swatch?
Our sample size is approximately 10cm by 10cm. 
 
I can't decide on which fabric to use for my project?
We include a description of all our fabrics about the weight, drape, and feel of our fabric choices.
However, if you would like a little help to make a decision then just send us a message at webshop@jerseytex.net
we are always happy to help.
 
If I place two separate orders, can my postage be combined?
Unfortunately, our order system does not allow us to combine orders as once an order is placed
it goes into a batching queue and we are not able to merge these.
 
What if I am out when the courier arrives?
The delivery driver will usually leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a safe place if there is one available.
If this is the case, they will post a card through your letterbox to inform you. If this is not possible, the driver
will usually re-attempt delivery the following day. You will usually receive an email to update you on your
delivery progress. Please note, if you are ordering for a full roll or placing a wholesale order the
courier may only attempt one delivery, and if the package is returned to us, the delivery and return delivery
fee may be deducted from your refund. Any parcels returned to us can either be shipped out again subject
to paying an additional delivery fee, or refunded minus the delivery and return delivery charges.
For large orders and wholesale orders, a restocking fee of 25% will also be deducted from the refund. 
Please note if incorrect address information is supplied, a surcharge will apply and be deducted from any
refund. If a parcel is lost, please allow 10 working days for our courier to confirm this as lost.
 
Will my order come in one length?
Yes, the vast majority of orders are sent as one continuous length. Very rarely are orders sent in more than one length.
 If this is the case, we will usually try calling you or sending you an email before sending your order out to check if this is ok.
I've changed my mind and want to return the fabric for a full refund, how do I do this?
If you wish to return your fabric as you have changed your mind, just message us at webshop@jerseytex.net
 to let us know to expect it back. You can return the fabric to the store address: Once it's with us we will get
back in touch and. Do bear in mind return postage will have to be paid by the customer, not Jerseytex Ltd

How can I find out the composition of a fabric?

If we can provide a detailed breakdown of the composition we will have put it in the description of the fabric.

Are all your fabrics fire retardant?

Not all our fabrics are retardant. We will specify in the fabric description whether or not a fabric is fire retardant.

Can I request fabric samples?

Yes, you can request fabric samples. If you would like to do this, please use our sample order system on the website. 

 

I ordered a fabric sample but now can't find the fabric on your website. What shall I do?

If the fabric is not on our website it means we do not have it in stock. Please contact us at webshop@jerseytex.net
