Shipping Policy

The delivery price is based on the weight and quantity of your order. It includes the cost of picking, cutting, packing, processing, and delivering your fabrics. To provide you with the maximum value, we have only chosen EXPRESS delivery methods.

Please note large orders may be sent out in more than one package and arrive on separate days.

Please note the above rates are for UK mainland addresses only. In the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, our courier fees are substantially higher. We use different courier providers.

Returns Policy

“Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for goods that have been cut to custom lengths unless the item is determined to be faulty. If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, unless the return is due to a confirmed fault."

Color Disclaimer: While we make every effort to ensure that our product images and descriptions accurately represent the true colours of our fabrics, please note that variations may occur. Colours can appear differently depending on screen resolution, device settings, and lighting conditions.
Additionally, due to standard manufacturing processes, slight colour variations may occur between different production lots (batches). These differences are normal within the textile industry and are not considered defects.
For best results, we strongly recommend requesting a fabric sample prior to placing your final order to confirm the colour, texture, and finish.
