Please note large orders may be sent out in more than one package and arrive on separate days.

Returns Policy

“Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for goods that have been cut to custom lengths unless the item is determined to be faulty. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, unless the return is due to a confirmed fault."
